This
critically-acclaimed doc explores the glory days of America’s “birthplace
of rock ‘n roll”– the beach resort Wildwood,
N.J., – as told by Bruce Willis, Dick Clark, Chubby
Checker, Bobby Rydell, and Jerry “The Geator”
Blavat. Now Wildwood’s heritage is threatened by the
wrecking ball as developers knock down iconic ‘50s and
‘60s buildings.
Wildwood Days won “Best Documentary”
at the New Jersey International Film Festival, the Philadelphia
TV and Video Festival, and the Garden State Film Festival,
and was an official selection at the New York Festivals, the
Ft. Lauderdale International Film Festival, the Cape May Film
Festival, the Staten Island Film Festival, and the Sarasota
Film Festival, and was honored by the Florida Moving Images
Awards.
